ABOUT Ashlene

Ashlene is an Intuitive Embodiment Guide, Reiki Energy Healer, and a Facilitator of Holistic Breathwork in Denver, CO. Using a grounded, heart-centered approach, Ashlene creates an open container for her clients to breathe into their edges, express the unexpressed, and reunite with their wise inner being.

By offering an intuitive and compassionate approach, Ashlene creates a safe ceremonial experience that allows you to have a creative space to escape the mental chatter of the mind, drop into the body and begin to embody your deepest expression to live confidently in the fullness of your being. She uses her welcoming presence to invite whatever is living to be seen, heard, and witnessed.

Ashlene’s mission is to create a sacred container for you to tap into your innate power of being in your heart, to trust the wisdom of your body and open yourself up to explore your subconscious. Through this process you will reclaim your authentic expression, strengthen your intuition and feel empowered along the way. She mentors others to go within to create safety to open and trust so they can express their heart-centered vision with the world.

    I experienced a two hour virtual breathwork journey with Ashlene, and can’t recommend it enough. As someone who has experienced trauma and spent years in therapy exploring and healing my experiences, I always felt like I was missing something - this was it. While I was healing my mind, my body was still holding on to the trauma, and Ashlene allowed me a safe space, and provided excellent guidance as I did my first breathwork journey and began to reconnect with my body. I felt fully prepared for the sensations and experiences the process entails, all from the comfort and safety of my home space.     I had put off breaking into this world of breathwork, meditation, yoga for a long time. An opportunity to attend Ashlene's breathwork event came up and I am so happy that this was my first taste of this world! Ashlene's passion, caring, and personal touches (there are so many tiny little details that she cultivates for this experience) made this first timer feel welcome, comfortable and excited to keep discovering/experiencing more.
