Frequently asked questions:
What type of breathwork will you be guiding?
This session is rooted in conscious connected breathwork — a gentle yet powerful practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
Will help you to breathe more deeply and so if you have been stressed or holding your breath, this workshop is for you and will help you to calm your nervous system.
What does the session look like?
We begin with a short guided meditation to settle in, followed by a rhythmic, connected breathing pattern. The pace gradually builds to help release stuck energy, emotion, or tension, and then softens into a restful integration period, leaving you grounded and restored.
Is this session beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! No prior experience necessary. I'll guide you through everything you need to know.
Are there any contraindications for breathwork?
Breathwork may not be suitable if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, severe asthma, cardiovascular conditions, or a history of severe trauma or psychiatric conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you're unsure.
I hope to see you there!
with warmth,
