Where we use breathwork, somatics, and group support to bring us into living our heart’s desires and embodying confidence. 

I invite you to the 4 week Somatic Sister Circle.

This is for the women who:

-Are ready to get back into their sensuality.

-Want to get out of the patterns around being a perfectionist, people pleaser and “good girl.” 

-Get support around nervous system regulation. 

-Want healing around their outlook on their body and feeling empowered.

-Learning to integrate their fears in order to expand into their desires. 

Ultimately, this program will empower you to trust yourself and get more clarity around your desires.

What you will receive:

Weekly sister calls for embodiment practices, breathwork, somatics and connection 

A 1:1 hour private online somatic coaching session for each person

Telegram support and insights during the week

Tools for nervous system regulation, tuning into your intuition, and getting grounded into your body and breath  

We use feminine embodiment tools to empower you back into your body.
